Here’s a preview of the guide. I didn’t want to put up a PDF or a Word file so I just converted a few pages from the guide to pics.
I should say that I didn’t use 18 point font or three inch margins in the guide. So no need to worry about getting your money’s worth or there not being much information. I used standard 12 point font and the margins are actually expanded a bit on the bottom to accommodate the pictures. None of the written descriptions were cut and pasted from the Web. I wrote almost all of them, with the exception of two that students or teachers sent in. I also took as many pics myself as I could.
PLEASE be aware that these are low-quality sample pages. The PDF file is much higher quality. Also, it looks like there’s a lot of white space on the sample pages because they shown on the blogs background. Again, I used standard fonts, so don’t let what is shown below fool you. The PDF doesn’t have near this much white space!!!!
Here are the sample pages:
The guide is 38 pages and almost 15 teachers were profiled. There is detailed contact info for each one.

Hi Dave,
Excellent job you’ve done here with the Martial Artist’s guide to Taipei! Congratulations, even if for the time being I live in Beijing, I often come over to Taiwan and your guide will be, I’m sure, of great help for those seeking a good teacher in Taipei.

Dave:
Did you get the email I sent a couple of days ago? I am interested in picking up a copy of your book, please let me know how to go about it (leave small, unmarked bills in a brown paper bag, that sort of thing?)
