I’m looking at getting back into yoga again after a really long break. I haven’t done it seriously since university. In the process, I’ve come across some very interesting articles about the weaknesses of yoga. Here’s the first article (original here). I’d love to hear that readers think of this stuff.

Hat tip to Mokuren Dojo for this clip.
Compared to kungfu, karate, and taekwondo, boxing had the way more powerful punch.
I was surprised at how effortless the boxer punched. Notice how much effort the other martial artists put into their punches. It’s fairly obvious from that effort that they couldn’t do that kind of punching consecutively [...]

Contact Improv for play
June 24th, 2007 · 13 Comments · Push hands

I know I’m starting to look like a cheerleader here for Sam Masich, but I just can’t help myself. It seems that almost every one of his videos has something that I’m either working on, need to work on, or have found to be extremely important.
This video above is one of the best clips of [...]

OT: For all the South Park fans

I think we need a palate cleanser.
So this is for all the South Park fans out there. This is a rare video that Matt and Trey made before they became famous. The back story is that in 1995, Seagrams (a company famous for its wine coolers) bought Universal Studios. The new CEO wanted a [...]
